Michael Vierheilig - Drums
Michael is an all-round musician and the music runs in his blood. But what nearly nobody knows Michael learned drums from scratch. When he was ten years old he started studying drums with notes and one year later he already played drums in the brass band Stadtkapelle Hammelburg. Gigs throughout of Europe made this time unforgettable and instructive. This is the reason why he enjoys brass music and Oberkrainer music is one his favorites. He funded his studies at the university playing drums and as keyboarder of the dance and show band Malibu from Schweinfurt, Germany. Then there was a break but after he moved to Utting, Germany he became active in music again. Today he is the front man and animator of the party band Bayerns Beste Boygroup from Utting. He is member of the choral society Liedertafel Utting and everywhere he goes his accordion comes along. In classical concerts he plays percussion and with Waterwave he enjoys playing drums. And, of course, he holds the drum sticks - like a real educated drummer - in the classical way ... ... you can really feel the groove. |
